State of Tennessee, Williamson County

               In the name of God, amen, this being my last Will and Testament, after paying all my just debts I leave and bequeath to my beloved wife and children one hundred acres of land on Turnbull for their use, and if she should marry, said land is to be sold and the money divided equally with my wife and children, and I leave five horses to be sold at twelve months credit, and all my stock of hogs except meet(meat) for the famyly--I leave to my wife and children two mares and all the cattle for their use, not to be sold and one hundred and fifty bushles of corn on Turnbull for the use of the famyly and all the property that is to be sold is to be sold at twelve months credit and to be equally divided between my wife and children and the money after securing a warrant and bringing the above land threw the office is to be let out at interest until my children comes of age-the crop where they now live is to be like wise sold and disposed in the same manner as above, except what they will make use of until the move to their home on Turnbull. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this 9 day of Oct 1809

               The Execution of which Will and Testament as before recited was duly proven in open court Oct. Session 1809 by the Oaths of
John Davy and Robert Love the subscribing witnesses thereto, to be the Act and deed of William Hunnell and the same was ordered to be recorded.

               The State of Tennesse--No. 2544
               Seal To all to whom these presents shall come, Greetings.
               Know Ye, that by virtue of the part of certificate No 250 dated the 11th day of September 1810 issued by the Register of West Tennessee to
Tenkin Whiteside and entered on the 15th day of September 1810 by No. 5117 as an occupant claim under the law of 1807.

               There is granted by the said state of Tennessee unto the Heirs of
William Honnel, decd. assignees of the said Tenkin Whiteside a certain tract or parcel of land, containing the hundred one and a fourth acres lying in Dickson County in the first District on Turnbull Creek.  Beginning at a red oak in the north boundary of Levi Hargetts survey of 500 ? hundred and fifty acres running thence west ?? ing Hargetts North west corner at thirty poles and crossing a branch at one hundred and fifty poles and crossing a small branch at one hundred and sixty eight poles in all one hundred and eighty poles to a post oak thence north ninety poles to a hickory thence east crossing Turnbull at sixty five poles in all one hundred and eighty poles to a red oak, thence south crossing Turnbull at forty four poles in all ninety poles to the Beginning so as to include his improvement Surveyed the 14th of June 1808 by Wm. B. Ross

               With the hereditaments and appurtenances to have and hold the said tract or parcel of land with the appurtenances to the said Heirs of
William Honnel decd. and their heirs forever. In witness whereof Willie Blount Governor of the state of Tennessee hath hereunto set his hand and caused the great seal of the state to be affixed at Knoxville on the 20th day of Sept in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and ten and of the independence of the United States, the thirty fifth. by the Governor Willie Blount
