God is all there is and Its nature is to give: abundantly and endlessly. I understand that all the gifts are available to me and that all I need to do is to receive them. Ernest Holmes says, "God can only give us what we take."

I open myself to receive. I let the beauty and abundance of life pour into me. I allow my cup to run over. Through receiving, I become more and more one with the Divine.

In turn, I give back through gratitude. The more I receive, the more my gratitude is expressed to the Divine. Through gratitude, I give to others. I volunteer. I share my goods with others and I express loving thoughts to people.

I am deeply grateful for this teaching and through it, I continue to grow in love and understanding. I release and I let go.

And so it is.
