And then there were 54.... We started off boot camp with 72 recruits. We dropped a total of 36 drops. Thiry-six of the recruits got dropped throughout the course of boot camp. We, however, also picked up recruits who had been sent back in training.We picked up 18 new recruits. So there you have the graduating class of May 21, 1998, platoon 4026, Parris Island,SC.
