| The Hoover Tutoring program was established in 1999. The purpose of this program is to inspire, teach, and mentor children from our pilot schools that feed in to our High School. Those schools are Rosa Parks Elementry and Monroe Clark Middle School. As tutors and mentors we try to keep these students from falling behind and getting distracted from the surrounding problems in our community. | |||||||||||||||
