Running Club
Our Kid’s Running Clinic was
a great success. Thanks to everyone who
participated!
You should be running 3-4
times a week. Slowly begin working up to
one mile, non-stop, conversational running, by August 1st.
You must have a doctor completed physical to
participate in conditioning and practices.
