Zach Hoover graduated from UCLA as an Ensign in the Navy on a NROTC scholarship. He served four decorated years in the Navy. He was known as having the best bunch of seamen in the world. He was both an officer and a gentleman. His men held their endearest respect for him and feared him at the same time as he was a 12th degree blackbelt.
