Save State Cracker
Save State Cracker is a utility to aid in save state, SRAM, and ROM hacking.
Some of its capabilities are:
Searches any number of files, cross referencing their results together
File comparison with various parameters to narrow results
Corruption within a given range, or of results, using 0, Max,
Increment, Decrement, Random, or a replacement value
Clone data feature that copies a range of data from a one file to another
Hex editor front end (HeX0R included)
Sophisticated file backup and recovery, and an undo feature
Workspace files to save and resume a project state
