This Christmas "Dare to be Different"
If you want to wear purple, wear purple.
So you haven't told your Mother you loved her for years, go ahead and tell her.
Act like a goose. Take the kids for a horsey ride, even if they are 23 years old.
Wear that lipstick that makes YOU feel good.
Buy a card for someone with really meaningful words.
Get outside and play cricket with the neighbours you don't know. After all strangers are often friends you haven't met.
Ask the old lady across the road if there are any groceries she needs while you're out.
Smile at the service station attendant.
Ask someone how they are and actually listen to their answer.
Hold the door open for someone with a huge smile on your face.
Strike up a conversation with the person sitting next to you on the bus.
Ring that friend you've been thinking about that you lost touch with years ago.
Pay someone a compliment. It might be just the boost they need.
Ask someone if they need a hand.
All too often we get bogged down in our own problems and worries.
Let someone know you care.
It could be the best present you can give this Christmas.
