MARY  HIPWELL
Grandmother of Elizabeth Reynolds who was the wife of John Honery
On the 12th August 1790, it was alleged, Mary  stole wearing apparel; plate and jewels,  to the value of over 200 pounds,the property of Elizabeth Tindyll/Tindall/, widow, of Bolton Street, Picadilly. Mary  worked for Elizabeth and was in charge of the house at the time of the Robbery as Elizabeth was out of town.
Mary  was convicted of stealing gloves to the value of 1 Shilling, and sentenced to 7 years. 
Mary  left England on the 16th February 1791 on the Third Fleet vessel, "Mary Ann" and arrived in Australia on the 9th July 1791. The Master was Mark Munroe, there was no Surgeon recorded. The ship left with 150 Females on board and arrived with 141.

Mary  was charged with "House Robbery" and sentenced to 7 Years Transportation. It was her first offence.
Mary  left Cork on the 3rd October 1826 on the  "Brothers" and arrived in Australia on the 2nd February 1827. The Master was Chas Motley, and the Surgeon was Jas Forrester. The ship left with 161 Females on board and arrived with 158.
SAMUEL EATHER (HEATHER)
Father of Elizabeth Eather who was the wife of Peter Hornery (the 3rd)
Samuel  was 23, when he was convicted of Larceny and sentenced to 7 Years Transportation.
Samuel  left Downs in England on the 18th July 1818 on the  "Morley" and arrived in Australia on the 7th November 1818. The Master was Robt R Brown, and the Surgeon was Jn Whitmarsh. The ship left with 164 Males on board and arrived with 163.
