SISTERS OF DEATH
(1977)

Quick Rating:  **

This revenge flick opens with an initiation scene.  Two young girls are being sworn into a secret cult called "The Sisters", but first they have to pass the courage test.  This test involves a game of Russian roullette, which one of the inductees does not win.

Seven years later, the 5 members of the Sisters are invited to a reunion.  They meet at what they think is the destination, only to be approached by two strange guys, who easily convince the girls to go for a ride with them.  The men were paid to bring these girls an hour out into the desert, to an isolated mansion.  The girls' fears are wiped away quickly once they see a pool and free booze.

Turns out that the host of this party is the father of the victim, killed 7 years ago.  And he wants revenge on the girls who accidentally (or no-so-accidentally?) killed her.  The rest of the movie finds these girls (and the guys who drove them in) being killed one by one, with a minimum of gore.

Low production values on this one, and very slow, very cliche, and not all that exciting.  But it's somewhat interesting, and there's at least attempts at some twists in the storyline.  Overall, not really worth it, though.
