Demon Knight
1995
Starring: Billy Zane & Ernest Dickerson
Rated: R
Suprisingly good horror movie, that is spawned from the Creepshow inspired TV series Tales from the Crypt. Demon Knight is a good horror movie, with great gore effects, plot, and pretty decent acting that includes a great over the top performance by Zane.

In the tradition of such movie as Night of the Living Dead, Demon Knight starts off as an episode from the TV series, wih an introduction by the cryptkepper himself which is prerty good as well as pretty funny. A group of people take refuge in a church which has been surrounded by someone who calls himself "The Collector" (Zane). Sadler is a mysterious drifter who's been carrying an occult artifact known as "The Key" since World War I. Apparently, the Key contains a vial of Jesus' blood. Zane wants it as part of a Biblical battle between good and evil, or something like that. And erupts in a battle. All in all corny but decent.
