Breeding Contract

DS requires that before breeding you agree to a breeding contract.When you pay for the breeding it is as if you agree to this contract.You will be asked before breeding is allowed if you have read and understand these terms.
1)Foals must have DS either before or after the name.
2)I need to know what the purpose of the breeding is,whether it is to produce a foal for yourself,or to sell,etc.
3)I need to know if the foal is going be speed aged so it can be agreed upon before the breeding.
4)I would like the option to buy the foal if you ever sell it.
5)I MUST approve all stats and pics for the foal.I breed for quality and do not want a foal that is of low quality.
6)Horses MUST have recent Vet/farrier BEFORE breeding takes place.Also MUST have a clean bill of health from the vet/farrier to insure foals health.

If you agree to these terms,or you want to breed but want to revise some of the terms,please email me and we can come to terms with an agreement.
