1.COOK ONION WITHOUT COLOURING
2.ADD TO REST OF INGREDIENTS AND MIX
3.DIVIDE INTO EVEN PIECES 8 OR 16
4.ROLL INTO SMALL LOG SHAPES
5.FLOUR, EGG AND BREADCRUMB
6.DEEP FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN AND COOKED THROUGH
7.SERVE ON THEIR OWN OR WITH POTATOES AND VEGETABLES, CAN ALSO BE SERVED WITH A MUSHROOM AND RED WINE SAUCE
