About - Motosuwa Hideki, a 19 year old struggling to get into high school who wants a persocon (human type robots that function much like a personal computer)for himself, but is too poor to afford one. On the way home from his part-time job, he finds a body in a pile of garbage and panics, thinking it is a murder. Upon closer inspection though, he discovers that it is actually a persocon. Hideki takes the persocon home and switches her on. The girl wakes up, and the only word she says is "Chii". Thinking it's her name, Hideki names her Chii... only to find that Chii, is not quite like many other persocons, but a rare persocon called 'chobit'. Review - Its just great. Its as funny

but the plot is quite not original, female robots being used as workers.
The only way to know if a female is a 'persocon' or not is by looking
at their ears... 'persocons' have cow-like-ears. The characters, especially
'Chii', are cute 
and funny. The anime is really funny, and there is no point where
you will be bored. The first 2 or 3 episodes, all 'Chii' says is 'Chii',
but then she learns how to talk. The voice acting of Chii is really
nice and the opening them is pretty cool.. something that you wanna
listen to over and over again. Chobits is mainly for people who like
watching comedy/ecchi anime.
