About - Hero Jing who can steal any thing and has the title of "King of bandit" shows up in various places all over the world with Kir which is companion's bird. Then, "the treasures" which they steal perfectly are all amazing things.
What kind of world waits for them in the destination? What do they try to steal on earth? And, what romance develops between Jing and Jing Girl who appears every time newly?

Review - This anime was'nt as good as i was expecting it to be. It had a dull storyline, and just was'nt that great...When i saw the first episode, it made me watch more of it... but then after episode 3, i was'nt interested in it no more. The characters were cool, however. Jing is just one of the cool lookingcharacters i have seen, and his 'talking' bird, Kir was funny, who transforms into a cool gun that attaches to Jings arm. Too bad, you see him using his gun all the time in every episode... kinda makes it boring -- one power move, on every single enemy.. Chances are that you might enjoy some of the episodes.
