About - Hikari Netto is a fifth grader at Akihara Elementry. Net Navis are popular with the kids and they can have net battles which they log their PET into a computer and fight inside the computer. Each Net Navi can be customized to each individual person to their liking. while in a net battle the kids can plug in battle chips to give their Navi a weapon to fight with. However, an evil organization called the World Three have been using Net Navi's to set terrorist attacks on computer networks and the only one to stop them is Rockman, Gutsman and Roll. this is the rockman you grew up playing, you are wrong this is a new
rockman type which is used by his user(pokemon trainer type) who basically
uses him whenever something goes wrong in the city, oh yeah the police
dont have these cool kiddy toys, they handle everything by telling
ppl to stop worrying and show them the exit. The kid on the other
hand is really nosey and he would always send rockman.exe into the
servers and then log back in right before he is about to get deleted

cry why you wasted your precious time, you might like just one or
two episodes but after that its the same thing so dont even bother.
