About - Deep under the ground in the capital city of Tokyo exists the forgotten and confined world called “Tokyo Underground”. Rumina Asagi encounters Ruri, an escapee from the Underground, as well as her assistant Chelsea, and decides to protect them. But rather than attempting to bring Ruri back, the Underground's secret organization, sends over an intelligence personnel by the name of “Supei”. Having fallen in love with Ruri, will Rumina take on “Supei” in a battle to protect his love? Review - Finally a anime that is almost
like Flame of Recca... with great animation. The story is
almost like Flame of Recca, as the guy had protect her princess.
Rumina, the main kid, is a great fighter, judging by his skills...
and that kid with the glasses, Ginosuke, is kinda wussy who is always
trying not to let Rumina get into trouble; the blonde girl, Chelsea,
who is like a guardian of Ruri, the small girl. Rumina thinks that
he's all that, since he is great with swords... but compared to the
'secret orgination', he is nothing, since all of them got powers,
like fire power, electric power, water power.. but eventually Rumina
gets a power too, even though he's not from the 'Underground'. The
story is not original but the animation and characters add up to it,
