Do I really need supplementation? I eat good Food!

Please check the following and see whether you are still eating good food:-

Many people have malabsorption problems especially as we grow older. We often don't know that we aren't getting the best out of our food.

 All veges and fruit except organic ones have herbicides and pesticides on the skin and through the produce. This accounts for increase in cancer, unnatural fatigue, depression, asthma etc. All foods need to be thoroughly washed and scrubbed and then soaked for 10 minutes. Foods should be eaten raw if possible. Use frozen produce if fresh isn't available. Most fruit and veges should be eaten in their entirety. Eat the skins and the rinds and the white part of the citrus fruit for the bioflavonoid content.
