Lois Currie's Pasta-free Lasagne

 

1 cup ricotta cheese, mixed with two eggs, some parmesan cheese, salt & pepper.

Spread in a 8 inch square baking dish. Fry up some chunked garlic, chunked onions, ground beef, add some tomato juice, Italian spices, salt, pepper.

Spread meat mixture over cheese base. Sprinkle meat with grated mozarella cheese.

Bake in 350 oven until cheese melts and stuff bubbles up from underneath.
