Clinical history
An 84-year-old woman had her last menstrual period
30 years ago. Because of a complete uterine prolaps a vaginal hysterectomy
and right salpingooophorectomy were performed, preceeded by a local
estrogen application for 10 days. She had no further hormonal substitution
or medication.
