What Is Child Sexual Abuse?
"Sexual abuse is taking advantage of a child through any act that is designed to sexually stimulate a child or to use a child to sexually stimulate someone else."
This includes the following actions:

- on “non-sexual” parts of the body, but in a sexual manner.
- Vaginal or anal penetration of a child with fingers, a penis, or other objects.
- Getting a child to perform oral sex on the abuser, or abuser performing oral sex on the child.
- Getting a child to touch abuser’s private parts (i.e. vagina, breasts, penis, buttocks).
- Having a child look at sexual pictures or pose for sexual pictures.
- Exposing oneself to a child.
- Finding ways to see a child naked or partially undressed.
- Talking to a child about sex in ways that make her feel nervous.
- Talking to a child about her body or other personal things in ways that make her uncomfortable.
