The sign-out receptionist will help you with your bill and will schedule your nest visit to our office. This person also assists in answering your phone calls to the office and in filing your test results. |

As a special service, we are happy to have a staff referral specialist. This person will make any necessary referrals to other physicians, schedule tests, write prescriptions, and obtain third party required pre-authorizations. |

|
Our office manager oversees the working of the office. This person is responsible for staff supervision, computerized billings, and patient advocacy issues (including your suggestions or complaints). |
