The music playing is "I just called to say I love you".I chose this mid because Tom does not call me often, but when he does, he always says,"Well Mom, I really just called to say I love you".Which always makes it worth the wait.

I have put these two pictures together.Me and my dad, Bill,(age-15 yrs.) to show the 'likeness' of the two, at about the same age.
I was just a dab of a thing here. I had problems with digesting Momie's milk and formula. I also was born with a hydrocele in an unmentionale place, but I out grew it.My Momie and sister Linda thought I was the greatest, anyway.
This is one of my Momies favorite pictures, I was two and Linda was almost six here.

I went into the Navy when I turned 17. I waited until Sept.1972 to join up, because my friend Frank Hatfield diden't turn 17 until Sept., and we wanted to join together. We first joined the Navy Reserve, because neither of us graduated high school, which is a prerequisite to join the Navy. Soon after boot camp, I was sent to Charleston So. Carolina to train in Leadership school. There I met my 'future' wife Ginger Richard. We got married when she was 16 and I was just short of my 19th birthday. We have been married ever since; Two years later I passed my GED test and joined the regular Navy. I served until 1984.My family had been born and near grown, and I haden't been very much a part of their life. It was time to "come home", and stay.We decided to reside in Ginger's home town of Charleston S.C. We have lived here for 16 years.
