We picked up a young male the other night who was complaining of
shortness of breathe. During the exam my partner asked him how much he
smoked.
He replied, "About a pack and a half."
My partner repeated, "1 & 1/2 packs a day."
Then the patient stated (in all seriousness), "No, I smoke at night
too."
