The Inspection Parade and Enrollment Ceremony is one of the most important activities handled by the St. John Ambulance Malaysia of Keat Hwa Secondary School Division. All members must attend the ceremony.

Usually this ceremony was carried out between June and July after the first aid exam organised by this division for all the members in this division.

According to our division constitution, this ceremony must be carried out every year so that the recruits that passed their Basic Cadet First Aid test can pledge in front of the Area Officer before they can officially become the member of St. John Ambulance Malaysia , so this ceremony means a lot to the probationary cadet member.

Beside that, during this ceremony the N.C.O. or the ordinary member will be promoted. Those who have good performance through out the year will certainly be promoted. A ceremony of prize giving to the members that got the highest marks in the exam before the ceremony will also be carried out.

Among the guests who were invited to the ceremony are the St. John Ambulance Malaysia's officers, headmaster of the school, V.I.P , parents, St. John Ambulance Malaysia members from other division, teachers and ex-members.

An exhibition about the first aid knowledge and other events involving St. John Ambulance Malaysia will also be carried out. Among the things that are exhibited are the badges of other countries' St. John teams.
