Ron Hoggan Talk at Durham Co-op Grocery, August 18, 1998

Ron Hoggan spoke at the Durham Food Co-op about his hypothesis that opioid peptides from gluten (and perhaps diary proteins) may be a large factor in the increased incidence of cancer in untreated celiac disease. His perspective may have implications for a significant portion of the general population. This discussion was videotaped. It was televised Monday November 2, 9 and 16 at 5:00 PM on the Durham Time Warner Access channel 8.

Mr. Hoggan is a teacher at Lester B. Pearson High School in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He has written numerous articles on Celiac disease. The text from most of his articles is available on-line on Don Wiss' website
