Sheri Zampelli's Bio Page
Sheri Zampelli has been leading workshops on overcoming self-sabotage since 1990 and works with private clients to help them set and achieve life-long goals. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Master's Degree in Counseling from California State University, Long Beach.
She is the author of From Sabotage to Success and holds memberships with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and The National Speaker's Association (NSA). She is the Clinical Coordinator at Substance Abuse Foundation (SAF) in Long Beach. She has helped thousands of people understand and overcome self-defeating behaviors. Her work inspires hope as she shares the tools and techniques that enabled her to overcome a life of many obstacles including drug addiction, homelessness and compulsive overeating.
