Learn the importance of positive self-talk and how to create new beliefs and a new reality with the use of positive affirmations. Learn how to change self-defeating self-talk.     This fun, experiential workshop will help participants transform negative self-images. We will discuss treasure maps, self-fulfilling scrapbooks and future diaries.

  • Create the Life You Want
    Three Week Series

    This three week series is designed to give you hands-on experience with practical goal setting and successful goal achievement. Each week you will learn new techniques and between sessions you will have the opportunity to practice your new skills.

    Week One:
    This session will teach you how to get focused and fine tune your goals. Learn to set manageable goals and design a reward system to motivate you to stay on track.

    Week Two:

    In this experiential workshop you will learn how to start a goal setting support group. You will also learn visualization techniques to help you achieve success in goal setting.

    Week Three:
    This session will focus on helping you design a success strategy. Use brainstorming to prepare for setbacks and find ways to motivate yourself to stay on track.
