   Habitat
Western grey kangaroo lives in Australian grasslands, like paddocks, near water and near a forest or woodland.  They are even found in the outskirts of a city, building their homes in the city on a golf courses.
Diet 
Western grey kangaroos  are mostly grass eaters.   They eat grass which is on the ground.They will also eat leaves and tree bark. If were to someone feed them fruits they would eat it too.
   Life Span 
   The live up to 20 in captivity and if the kangaroo is lucky they will survive 10 years in the wild.

    Size
The males can reach up to "7.5"  and the females can reach up to "5.5" in height.  A large male kangaroo can weigh 180 pounds and an average female kangaroo can weigh 70 pounds.
Adaptation for Surival
Western grey kangaroos adapt with their pouch for the joey.  They are also good jumpers which is good for traveling.  They are good jumpers due to their legs and the way their body is shaped.
