Annual General Meeting : season 2000/2001

In yesterdays AGM yearly league meeting, the board announced that four teams from division two will be promoted into division one for the start of season 2001 - 2002.
As we know, Jolly Butcher FC crowned champions of division two, Hanworth FC, East Fulham res. were also promoted. The league members also selected out West London Albion FC to be the forth team to go up, as requested by Jolly Butcher FC and others. They felt WLA FC were one of the strongest team in division two and the league panel acknowledged this. So, WLA FC will be playing division one football next season. Alot of people were surprised by some of their results and performances during the closing stages of the season, as they were many peoples bet to win the division two championship. Well done West London Albion FC.
The news was announced with good responses from each of the teams representatives and have already re-arranged their plans and schedules for the preparation and training needed to do well next season.
