Club History :
In 1994 a few friends, Gerry Butler, Denis Harrington & Noel Sheridan got together to form a football side to play in a league which was nearby. There was a number of players who used to meet up on a Wednesday in Northwich Park and play for a couple of hours to pass the time and everyone expressed an interest in playing football on a Saturday.Noel being a County Sligo man decided to name the team after his local heroes in Ireland "Sligo Rovers".
After looking at the local leagues in Middlesex, we decided the Hounslow & District Football League was the league that was most central for everyone.
In our second season (95/96) we won Division 3 of the league which is our only honour to date
