LOTTE  THOERMER

Mrs. Thoermer, a native of Schlesien, moved to San Diego in 1955.

Lotte has worked as a bookkeeper and accountant and also taught German at the Deutsche Schule in San Diego for 30 years.

Except for Heinz, her husband of 48 years, Lotte’s biggest love is music.  As an accordionist, she entertained customers of the Rheinländer Restaurant in La Jolla for 14 years, and continues to perform at every opportunity.  Lotte is also an active member of 2 German choirs.
