PECAN PIE

• 1 pie crust
• 3 eggs
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 cup dark corn syrup
• 3 Tbsp. butter
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 1/2 cup pecan halves

Wisk together eggs, sugar, syrup, butter and vanilla. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.
