PECAN PIE
- 1 pie crust
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup pecan halves
Wisk together eggs, sugar, syrup, butter and vanilla. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.
