Responsibility and Leadership:
Within our House we try to maintain a fairly open concept of membership and leadership. We ask our general members very little, in that they only need to follow the Veil.

We do however feel that our leaders must be held up to a higher standard and be accountable to the members of our House. To this end, 4th cousins and higher agree to the following:

*To attempt at all times to be a rolemodel for those in the community and especially for House Quinotaur members.
*To aid whenever possible other vampires, whether that aid is mental, emotional, energetic, spiritual or physical.
*To facilitate communication between members within their sphere of influence (territory leaders within their cities, realm leaders within their regions and so on)
*To avoid public embarrassment by asking permission to use the House's name with the Council of Quinotaur's consent.
*To avoid interpolitical warfare between groups, unless under the role of negotiator or mediator.
*To ensure our members follow the Veil and are aware of what it means.
*To not feed on, attack or otherwise endanger children in any way.
