Other Vampiric Types

The following "Vampiric" kinds we are going to discuss here don´t fit within the category of "Real vampires" though we have to mention it as they can be confused with the real ones by most people.

BLOOD FETISHISTS
People who feel attracted to ingest/drink blood. The main difference with sanguinarians is that blood fetishists don´t feel the physical need to drink blood in order to ease the hunger. They just drink blood mainly for an erotic attraction. Common people would consider this kind as "real vampires" for the only fact that they drink blood, but they are not considered "real vampires" within the vampiric community. They can drink it during sexual intercourse. Again here we can find an overlap with "real vampires" . We could overlap the terms blood-fetishists with sanguinarians and sexual vampires. Both of these types can also find erotic blood-drinking, but the erotism would be something "extra" to their physical need of drinking blood or the need of energy while having sex. Blood fetishists have been studied in many fields as medicine, psychology, psychiatry, sociology and by sure in the past some of them must have been considered as "real vampires" and hunted as that.

VAMPYRE LIFESTYLERS
People who likes and enjoys the "vampyre fashion". They take the classic esthetic of the vampire in movies and dressed like that in daily life. Some of them can even sleep in coffins. Of course there are many "real vampires"; that can also enjoy dressing as vampires in movies....
Who doesn´t?
I personally think that the movie "Interview with the Vampire" has launched the "vampiric image" again, but in a more modern way. Who would dressed as Bela Lugosi´s nowadays?

ROLE PLAYERS GAMES (RPG)
People who plays role games as "The Masquerade". They just believe in the stories and history written in the book of the game and its rules and don´t even consider that "real vampires" can exist. I have personally talked to some of them and they live their fantasy world so vividly that some start to speak/act in real life, as the character they have chosen to play. For me they are like "priests playing to be God" Most of real vampires -if not all- really dislike this kind as they create confusion in common people´s head as to what a vampire is.

DONORS
People who gives their blood or life energy willingly to real vampires in order to feed them. Vampires can have many donors at the same time, that can be friends, lovers, mates. They can be a vampire or a mundane.

NON- PSI VAMPS ENERGY TAKERS
People who takes energy from nature but without the physical need to. Another difference this people has with psi vampires is that they feed of nature forces and not of human beings energy. Under this category we can find people who practices magic, reiki, yoga, new age. They do not have psychic abilities as psi vampires.
