This was pretty good. I got inside and grabbed a BoC, FBoNs, and a PoI. Then he logged and evicted while I was walking through the door, back into the livingroom. To my surprise, I was still there. So, I walked into the bedroom with him and he opened the chest. I cleaned him out while he was whining on channel 5 about his BoC being stolen by me. Among what I took was a FIVE Wrath.
