Hikari No Tabi belongs to Miyuki's cousin, Violent Peace Child, and is the site where one of the greatest epics in the DBZ world today is located. Check it out.

Forged by Destiny: The Forgotten Warriors is Chao-chan's site. A nice site which focuses mainly on fanworks, but does have multimedia and whatnot. Hosts several of her own epics, most notably her Toma/Celipa fic Until Angels Take My Breath Away and her epic series Untold Pasts.
