Webmaster's Specifications
1. Material must be in good taste. No sex, violence, nudity, anarchy based, basically nothing that your mother wouldn't approve of.
2. Each person nominating a site may only nominate two per award term (every month).
3. Your site should be easy to navigate and the layout should be clean so visitors can find what they need quickly.
4. All of your pictures must load.
5. All of your links must work, so please check before you submit.
6. Your home page should load quicker than 20 seconds, because the average visitor will wait no longer.
