Horwich Carnival Sunday June 26     2005


The Original Team of Horwich Prize Medal Morris Men were formed for the celebrations of the Horwich carnival of 1892. (Then known as the Rose Festival) and so we now always form part of this very important day in Horwich.

The Procession will start at Aproximatly 1.00pm (Please check for time) and will take a circular route around Horwich Town.

Kirby Lonsdale Victorian Weekend     Friday September 2nd to Sunday Sept 4th     2005


The village of Kirby Lonsdale is a small quiet village on the outskirts of the lake districtand for this weekend it is transformed into bustling livley village of a Victorian Fair. Horwich Prize Medal Morris Men have been part of this fair for quite a number of years now.

Aproximate times are - Sat 9am to 5pm.   Sun 10am to 4.30pm

A Day for St. George     Saturday April 21


A day of dancing and merryment around Horwich town. This is now becoming a traditional day
to celebrate St. George. Meeting point is the Toll Bar, Chorley New Road, Horwich, Lancashire.
