Dudley Dursley is Harry's spoiled, obnoxious cousin. He is his parents pride and joy, despite having "a large pink face, not much neck, small, watery blue eyes, and thick blonde hair that lay smoothly on his thick, fat head." He constantly tormets Harry, and Harry despises him.
