I talked to him briefly awhile ago (those long distance rates from Mexico are killer).
He currently lives in Huntington Beach and is a pilot with Delta Airlines.
He told me that Mrs. Mann passed away around October of 1984. She was 85 years old. Mrs. Rush passed away in 1982 and Mrs. Anderson in the late 70īs. He mentioned that she had been ill for about half a year in her home but remained on the payroll of the school until she died.
He said that the school closed in 1985 and he had left the previous summer. It had been in the hands of Mrs. Manns family and they, according to Mr. Stuppy, ran it into bankruptcy.
He isnīt in touch with anyone from the school currently and last talked to Mr. Squigna several years ago.
I told him about our reunion plans and he said that he would block that date and do his best to attend.
I am e-mailing him now with the address of our page. I didnīt ask him if I could post his email address but will do so. I also asked him to put down some of his thoughts about HPS for our page and he said that he would be glad to do so.
I will keep everyone posted! Iīm excited!
