Page 14 of this file shows the RAM for the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) 1.0 tasks  for  the Voice Disaster Recovery Infrastructure project. This plan was developed by Steal Communications for the Telecommunications office of Texas A and M University.  A RAM  is  a matrix that maps the work of the project as described in the WBS to the people responsible   for   performing  the  work  as  described  in  the  Organizational  Breakdown Structure (OBS)1.   The RAM allocates work to responsible and performing organizations, teams, or individuals, depending on the desired level of detail1.  The letter corresponding to each  task  and  person  indicated  their role in that task.  An L indicates a leading role, a  P indicates   a   participating   role,   an   I   indicates  an input role, and no letter indicates no responsibility.
