The 1881 Cape Henry Lighthouse and Coast Guard Station.
The top of this lighthouse served as a BC Station for Battery Walke in 1941.

The original 1790 lighthouse, and the 1881 lighthouse. The old lighthouse served as a lookout station beginning in 1928.

Entrance to a small Mines Casemate under the old lighthouse. (The door is hard to see because of the shade).

This is the Mines Casemate on the Chesapeake Bay side of the reservation.	An observation station next to the casemate. Dunes later built up around it and the tower shown below was built.
The Casemate Tower built over the bunker shown above. It served Battery Worcester, Battery Cramer or 226, and the minefield.	The tower has obviously been slightly modified. This tower was demolished in 2007.
