About This Seminar:
What is it, and why is it called the Six Thinking Hats®? It is a fast-paced,
intense and interactive course. By mentally wearing and switching metaphorical
“hats,” individuals or teams separate thinking into six categories for
analyzing matters objectively and comprehensively. It’s amazing to see the
results that can be accomplished by individuals and teams who know how to
separate emotion from facts, the positive from the negative, and critical from
creative thinking. The measurable results include shorter meetings, thorough
assessment of alternatives before making decisions, better communication and
easier problem resolution. Participants will leave the session with practical
tools they can immediately apply on the job..
Who Should Attend
Who needs it? Honestly, everyone! And anyone who wants . . . a faster way to
be more creative; a meeting facilitation tool that surfaces hidden agendas and
achieves objectives without the usual flailing around and conflict; a way to
make sure that all sides of an issue are addressed now, not a month or two
from now; a tool that works well in different cultures around the world; a
sharpened ability to think clearly, objectively, systematically, and
creatively!
