Büyükhanlı Park  hotel is in deluxe class with four stars. It means that the hotel is in the  quality of five stars category but according to its insufficient bed capacity,  the hotel takes place in four stars category. There are 84 employees working in  the hotel. The hotel has 105 rooms.

The most important department is the kitchen for the hotel  because hotel proud of their meals in Ankara so the hotel is the most desired  hotel for invitations, banquets and meetings in Ankara.

There are five types of saloon which are;

-Pool area (1200m2)

-Likya (600m2)

-Gordion (448m2)

- Hitit (95 + 70m2)

-Urartu (100 m2)

To increase the customer satisfaction, the hotel has a Health  Club which includes fitness, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and solarium. The hotel  has one depot for stationary, special wine depot and one depot for food. And  also there is a technical service at basement and a laundry room. There is a  huge lobby in the hotel. And this is important for the hotel because having a  huge and nice lobby attracts customers.
