1 square of chocolate
1 stick of butter/margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
Melt the chocolate and the butter together in a sauce pan. When
they have both melted, add the vanilla and egg. Beat until smooth.
Add the sugar, and fold in the flour. Pour into your greased pan
and bake for 30 minutes. I use the square pan and sometimes a pie
pan depending on how many I have to serve.
You can add nuts to this if you wish, and my daughter also added
peanut butter one time. (She was 10) It tasted really great
both ways. You can frost if you like. My family likes it unfrosted. |
