Buttermilk Pie

1 1/4 Cup Buttermilk
1 1/2 cups sugar
5 TBS. Flour
5 eggs
1 stick butter
1 ts. vanilla
1 ts. lemon juice
1 c. flake coconut


Mix dry ingredients together.  Beat eggs, add milk, butter, vanilla, and lemon juice. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle 1 cup angel flake coconut on top.

Bake at 425 for 10 min.  Reduce heat to 300 for 30-40 min.
