1 yellow cake mix.
1 stick butter (melted)
1 egg
Mix and pat into 9 X 13 inch baking pan
Next mix
1-8oz box powdered sugar
1-8oz cream cheese
2 eggs
Pour over the first part in the pan
Bake at 350 for 40-45 min.
