Potato Casserole

2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter
1 onion(optional)
diced ham (optional)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
corn flakes or potato chips
Mix chicken soup & sour cream together. Add hash browns, onion
& ham.
Place in a large baking dish and dab with butter, sprinkle cheese on
top, and over with corn flakes or potato chips
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
