Swedish Cake

            2 c. sugar
            2 c. flour
            2 t. soda
            1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
            1 t. vanilla
            2 eggs


      Mix together all ingredients above
      Pour into a well greased 9 x 12 pan
      Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown

Icing
            1 stick butter
            8 oz. cream cheese
            2 c. powder sugar


      cream butter and cream cheese together
      slowly add the powdered sugar 
      ice cake when cool
